Susan Lane has worked for over 25 years with families with Deaf and Hard of Hearing infants and young children in both a clinical and administrative role. Since January 2006, Susan has worked with the BC Early Hearing Program (an EHDI program) as the program’s provincial Intervention Coordinator. In this role, she has been working with families, audiologists, speech-language pathologists, educators of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing and other professionals to develop a provincial strategy for Intervention Services.
Ms. Lane co authored the book “My Turn To Learn: A Communication Guide for Parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children”

Lori Bell is a Service Coordinator for the BC Early Hearing Program (BCEHP) in British Columbia, Canada. Lori graduated from the University of British Columbia's Audiology and Speech Sciences and has been involved with families of young deaf and hard of hearing children for over 20 years. Lori co-authored the book “My Turn To Learn: A Communication Guide for Parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children”
