AG BELL
The overall Meeting is pending approval for CE credits for the pre-Meeting Instructional Sessions and for the Meeting plenary and breakout sessions by the AG Bell Academy for Listening and Spoken Language.
A list of approved sessions will be available at the Meeting.
AAA
The National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM) is pending approval from the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for the 2018 EHDI Annual Meeting. The program is worth a maximum of 2.5 CEUs (this includes up to 14 hours of pre-Meeting Instructional sessions.) Instructions and the required paperwork will be available at the EHDI Annual Meeting Registration desk.
Academy approval of this continuing education activity does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.
ASHA
If approved, this course is offered for up to 2.6 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level, Professional area). The National Center on Hearing Assessment and Management has submitted an application to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association to offer CEUs for the 2018 EHDI Annual Meeting. The program may be worth a maximum of 2.6 CEUs, if approved. Instructions and the required paperwork (Participant form and instructions) will be available at the EHDI Annual Meeting Registration Desk.

Illinois Early Intervention Training Program
The National Center on Hearing Assessment and Management is pending approval to offer credit from the Illinois Early Intervention Training program for the 2018 EHDI Annual Meeting. If approved, sessions approved for credit will be found at https://eitp.education.illinois.edu.
It is the responsibility of the individual to provide Proof of Attendance or Completion of this activity to Provider Connections.
National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC)
The overall Meeting is pending approval for NCHAM to become a designated provider to offer CE credits for the pre-Meeting Instructional Sessions and for the Meeting plenary and breakout sessions. If approved, the Meeting will offer continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. If approved, this program will be designated to offer Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES) and/or Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) to receive CECH.
A list of approved sessions will be available at the Meeting.
Certificate of EHDI Annual Meeting Attendance
A personalized certificate of attendance, including the total contact hours (maximum number of contact hours is 25) for the 2018 EHDI Annual Meeting, will be available to all participants. Participants will need to sign up for the certificates at the EHDI Meeting registration desk after they turn in their overall evaluation of the Meeting.
