Maintenance of road based ERS in a Nordic climate
Using conductive ERS technology with electric feeding from a rail in the road might be a challenge from a maintenance point of view. At project eRoadArlanda in Sweden, the thecnology has now been tested since 2012 during six Nordic winter seasons.

Hans Saell has held a number of leading positions in NCC, which is the leading construction company in the Nordics,since 2001, mainly in the areas of human resources, communication, marketing, sales, strategy and business development. For the last ten years or so, he has been focusing on sustainable business development and Nordic business within asphalt, aggregates, road services and infra structure. This includes working with electric road systems and he is currently the Chairman of the board and CEO of eRoadArlanda.
