More Than A Meeting: Infrastructure Change
Looking beyond the meeting, this session will focus on quantifying the adaptive side of system change. The session will highlight strategies for coming together to support change efforts at all levels of the system, addressing the foundation and work required for meaningful engagement for change. This is a complex process that often requires that individuals and groups at all levels of the system to make significant changes over time to their daily work. To achieve sustainability it is vitally important: 1) to monitor progress being made in the adaptive side of system change; 2) measure infrastructure implementation; and, 3) measure capacity change over time. To this end, participants will dive deep into the National Center for Systemic Improvement (NCSI) Measuring Infrastructure Implementation tool, which can be used to quantify system change, identify areas of success, challenge, and opportunity in moving the needle for positive improvement in their own system.
- Dive deep into how meaningful, purposeful engagement impacts the ability to achieve the vision of systems change.
- Highlight strategies for coming together to support change efforts at all levels of the system.
- Learn from and with individuals who are working to implement coherent and aligned systemic intervention.
