This brief presentation describes the integration of Mind-Body Bridging and EMDR in a case study involving developmental trauma.

Jan Thornton (), Utah State University Eastern, jan.thornton@usu.edu;
Jan Thornton is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work at Utah State University. Jan received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Utah State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. She is currently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. She spent her early career working with youth in both Juvenile Justice Services and the Division of Child and Family Services. She left there to work on a college campus where she has fulfilled numerous roles in student services. She recently transitioned to teaching in the Social Work program. When she is not on campus she can be found at her private practice where her clinical concentration is on the treatment of trauma.
