Facilitative Skills for Improved Collaboration and Partnership
This hands-on skills workshop teaches practical facilitation skills applicable to any meeting or conversation. Participants will learn a toolbox of skills to increase productivity at meetings, resolve conflict, and improve outcomes. The goal is to develop facilitative skills to be used to more effectively move through conflict. Topics explored will include: - Gaining trust - Organizing productive meetings - The science of facilitation - Identifying positions vs. Interest - Strategic Questions - Active Listening - Emotions
- Learn new conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Increase productivity and satisfaction in meetings and work groups.
- Learn skills for facilitating work groups and meetings.
