Watersheds 101

What is a watershed? How do we use water? What is “clean” water? We will explore these questions and more during Watersheds 101. This workshop will provide information on the basics of watershed science with a focus on agriculture. Participants will also engage in hands on activities that they can do with their students (K-12). Participants will receive Stream Side Science, which includes lesson plans and water related activities, a start-up kit for aquatic macroinvertebrate lessons, and online access to more lessons, presentations, and other materials.
