EARLY HEARING DETECTION AND INTERVENTION VIRTUAL CONFERENCE
MARCH 2-5, 2021
(Virtually the same conference, without elevators, airplane tickets, or hotel room keys)
Pilot Demonstration Projects of Electric Roads
A test track for In?Motion?Charging was commissioned in 2014 at an INTIS company site. The
participants of the presentation will be informed about:
? The motivation for the availability of an In?Motion?Charging test track
? The main decision?criteria for the selection of facility architecture and its individual components
(especially the topology of the coils for the power transfer)
? The test track layout and its performance
? The test programs executed from 2014 until today
? A summary on test results, especially concerning system efficiency, magnetic fields and lateral
tolerance requirements versus power transfer
? How third parties can get access to the test track or can be assisted in setting?up their own
testing infrastructure and which contributions testing infrastructure can provide with regard to
the upcoming standardization of In?Motion?Charging infrastructure and electric vehicle
subsystems
