Are you looking for a a way to systematically engage teacher in the processes that build their belief of success using evidence to show their effect on student learning? Discover how to remove the silos surrounding schoolwide plans for improvement, professional learning, individual teacher growth and development and educator evaluation. Participants will walk away with a framework and examples they can immediately implement and adapt for their own unique needs and goals.

  • Build teachers’ level of confidence about their ability to promote learning
  • Create clear success targets to build consistency and collective efficacy
  • Engage teachers in setting measurable and challenging goals

Cheri Stevenson has been an educator for 22 years. She has worked as a High School dance teacher, Middle School science teacher, Middle School Assistant Principal and Middle School Principal. She is currently in her fourth year at the Washington County School District office serving as the Director of Educator Effectiveness where she works to train and support building administrators in monitoring the work of teams and their impact on student learning
