Creating a Culture of High Expectations
Lincoln Elementary's story of progress and success has no silver bullets or magic fixes. We created a new vision for Lincoln and we shared this with all staff, all students. We reframed our culture around this vision. This session will share our story and our lessons learned.

Principal Lunceford has been in education for 21 years, with 16 of those years as an elementary principal in Title I schools. During that time, he has been recognized as the 2015 National Distinguished Principal for Utah'; that same year, his school Horace Mann Elementary, was also recognized as the National Distinguished Title 1 School. In 2017 Lincoln Elementary was named as the National Distinguished Title 1 School for Utah.
