Wondering how to bring it all together to maximize staffing? Come learn specific “quick win” strategies for empowering teachers and building a culture of collaboration including how to build instructional knowledge, create opportunities for collaboration, interpret results and provide feedback, and involve teachers in school decision making. Learn how to “market” your school to pique the interest of potential teachers. What you say and how you say it matters.
