Better hearing and better service.. a clinicians perceptive.

Consumers’ expectations for care delivery are evolving and require much more technology. Is this a good change? Consumers have become more engaged, more informed and demand more value and service than ever before. Today’s consumers are significantly younger and remain in the work force much longer than previous hearing aid users. Longer employment means more office visits… However, today we can help these patients remotely through innovative support to deliver services in low-resource settings. Learn about the newest technology developed to address the needs of this changing patient, and how the technology improves accessibility and deepens the existing patient/clinician relationship while providing the patient with flexibility and control of their hearing and life style.

  • Describe the evolving consumer and how that is changing the practice of audiology
  • •Explain how Innovative technology can address the needs of this changing consumer through audiology, design, connectivity and apps.
  • •Explain how features like remote fitting technology improves accessibility for patients and deepens the patient/client relationship.
