Classroom Aquaponics
Classroom Aquaponics is an easy way to bring food production and biophilia into the schoolhouse. The system incorporates educational outcomes and soft skills in a hands-on, group experience that lasts the entire school year. This educational system has three separate plans (varying in degree of difficulty and size) made specifically for PK-3rd, 4th-8th, and 9th-12th. The systems have appropriate NGSS and agriculture outcome aligned lessons in an overarching unit, which can easily be expanded upon. Participants will be provided a QR code that has access to the schematics and a unit of aquaponics lessons (at appropriate grade level
