Personalized Learning is an ambitious endeavor for any teacher, school, or district to undertake. We will discuss some simple systemic barriers that can be identified and easily removed to make meeting student's individual needs a reality. Come engage in an always lively discussion about shaking up the traditional education system.
- Participants will learn to identify systemic barriers.
- Participants will discuss how to create personalized learning pathways for teachers and students.
- Participants will develop ideas and skills to improve students Rights in Education.

His work in personalized learning, competency based education, and educational innovation has taken him across the country working with local, state, and national leaders to change the conversation of what education can be. Royd is a passionate about the impact education can have on the lives of our students, and is great fun that he gets to engage this meaningful work every day.
