During his 22 years in benefits administration, Scott has held various positions facilitating the growth and development of benefit administration companies and benefit plans. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. In addition, Scott holds the Tax-Exempt & Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) accreditation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), the Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC) designation through the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) and has been securities licensed (Series 6 and 63).
