This session will discuss the importance of having effective teams and what factors lead to efficient problem solving.
- Participants will be able to identify factors for effective teaming.
- Participants will be able to identify steps for the problem solving process.
- Participants will set two goals/action items to improve team functioning in their setting.

Dr. Mucha is part of the evaluation team for the Utah Multi-tiered System of Support (UMTSS) federal grant. She is also adjust faculty in the Special Education Department at the University of Utah. Her doctoral degree is in School Psychology and is a licensed psychologist in the state of Utah.
