Student Data Privacy and MTSS
This presentation reviews the relevant student data privacy federal and state laws. The presentation will be focused on educators that work with students who have behavioral concerns and/or on an IEP. The presentation will provide educators will a list of common pitfalls in student data privacy. Time will be left to answer specific questions regarding student data privacy.
