Terryl Warner graduated from the University of Southern California and is a diehard Trojan! After graduation, she served an LDS mission to Costa Rica and then backpacked around Asia for about a year. She was a bilingual victim advocate in Southern California for three years before relocating with her husband to Cache Valley.
Warner joined the Cache County Attorney’s Office in 1996 and in 2004 became the Director of Victim Services. She works with victims of both personal crime (child abuse, sexual assault, family violence, aggravated assaults, etc.,) and property crime (embezzlements, fraud, identity theft, etc.) and has spent her professional career fighting for the rights of crime victims. Terryl is a nationally certified Advanced Victim Advocate.
Terryl and her husband Alan are the parents of four amazing kids: Jayme, Taylor, Allyssa and Katie. They are also parents of two dogs, two cats, two snakes, four tarantulas and a new puppy! She and Alan will eventually retire to Costa Rica and run a sloth sanctuary with Joan Liquin and to Hyrum where she and Julie Jacobsen (victim advocate in Box Elder) will run a dog sanctuary.
